Complaint about courier behaviour

This guy called me and I was in the bathroom
I came back it has been only 8 minutes, this when i saw I had missed calls, I called this guy back, he answered and says: YOU WHERE ARE YOU, YOU COME HERE NOW RIGHT NOW DONT TALK COME HERE, YOU WANT YOUR PARCEL? OR YOU DONT WANT? ITS OKAU YOU DONT WANT LA BYE BYE STUPID *** BYE BYE HAHAHAHA STUPID GUY, YOU NO NEED PARCEL STUPID BYE BYE HAHA I GO BYE STUPID!
He told me all this on the phone and harrased me and humiliated me over the phone and called me many things such as pukimak and other Malay curses.
After that I called him out on WhatsApp I messaged him and he sent me laughing emojis and says bye bye bye and blocks me.
FIRE THIS GUY IMMEDIATELY, IM REALLY PISSED OFF!

Bad courier person
Courier person was so rude with me and my daughter during his deliver the parcel. My home address is at No.8 Jalan 36B Selayang Baru 68100 Batu Caves Selangor.
We have 3 doors here but all same in one number. This is a family house. Is not about the Number of houses in our address but the manners of your driver/ delivery man. He supposed to call me and ask me properly instead of yelling at outside my house.
Also, he keep mentioned a wrong name/owner of the parcel. When I correctly the name he was shouted, he get angry and said I was wrong give a details of my address.
He should call first to identified the correct name or owner of the item not shouted like a crazy people.
No apology was made by him. So dissapointed
